This Internet web site ("Site") is owned by The New Jersey Anesthesia Political Action Committee ("NJAPAC"), located at 3 Regent Street, Livingston, NJ, 07039 and is provided for your personal information, education, communication and entertainment. You are free to browse the Site, and may copy information from it solely for your personal informational use but not for any commercial or other purpose. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms of use set forth in this agreement ("Terms of Use") and all applicable laws.

NJAPAC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates. If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Use, do not use the Site.

All materials on this Site, including, but not limited to images, designs, graphics, text, and multimedia materials (the "Content") are protected by copyrights and other proprietary rights which are owned by NJAPAC or by other parties that have licensed their material to NJAPAC.

NJAPAC name, marks, designs and logos shown on this Site are also owned exclusively by NJAPAC. Trade names, trademarks, service marks, designs and logos of third parties are owned by those third parties. Under no circumstances does NJAPAC grant any license to any user of this Site, by implication, or otherwise, to use any trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual properties of NJAPAC or of any third party, except the limited right of personal use expressly provided in this Terms of Use agreement.

Specifically, the Content may not be performed, modified, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, used on any other web site. Likewise, the names, marks, designs or logos appearing on the Site may not be used without the written permission of NJAPAC or the third party owner.

References on the Site to any products, programs, services, or other items offered by third parties under their names, marks, designs or logos do not constitute any endorsement or sponsorship by NJAPAC. NJAPAC reserves the right to change the Content at any time, and to discontinue offering any or all products, programs, or services without incurring any obligations to anyone.

NJAPAC trademarks which are legally protected, should never be removed from HTML pages on which they appear, nor be associated with any third party we have not approved in writing, in advance. Our Content should appear exactly as we have posted it.

The site may refer in the general and state specific information derived in part from other publications. NJAPAC does not own the copyright on this material. There is no affiliation between NJAPAC and any of the articles' publishers.

NJAPAC does not allow links with sites that:

The Site may also include features or facilities ("Interactive Facility") which allow feedback to NJAPAC and/or real-time interaction between users. NJAPAC does not control the messages, information or files delivered to any such Interactive Facility, and disclaims any obligation to do so or to monitor such Facility.

NJAPAC reserves the right at all times to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in NJAPAC's sole discretion, are objectionable or which violate these Terms of Use, and to refuse to post or permit the posting of any such information or material as it shall decide.

None of the feedback or interactive communications shall be considered private or entitled to confidential treatment. The NJAPAC shall be free to disclose any such information or materials as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, and to edit, use, reproduce, and/or distribute all such information or materials to others, or to use any of it for any other purpose.

Additional Use Restrictions

Your use of any Interactive Facility and of the Site is based on your agreement (a) not to interfere with use or enjoyment of the Site by others; and (b) not to post or transmit any:

Contributions

Contributions to NJAPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are not limited to any suggested amount. NJAPAC will neither favor or disadvantage anyone based on the amounts or failure to make contributions. Contributions to NJAPAC are subject to Federal Election Commission regulations.

Limitation of Liability/Disclaimer

NJAPAC has made reasonable efforts to make certain that the Content on this Site is accurate, but is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the Content or for out-of-date materials on this Site, or on any web sites accessed through links found on this Site. Your use and browsing of the Site is at your risk. If you are dissatisfied with any of the materials contained in the Site, or with any of these Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the Site.

Administrative Issues

The Site is operated by NJAPAC from its offices within the State of New Jersey, United States of America. NJAPAC makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State. Any action you, or any third party or NJAPAC brings to enforce these Terms of Use or in connection with any matters related to this Site shall be brought only in courts located in Essex County, New Jersey, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Terms of Use agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein.

This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from NJAPAC if, in its sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of the Terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Interactive Facility, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to materials downloaded from Interactive Facility and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement shall survive.

Revising this Agreement

NJAPAC may at any time revise these terms by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.

Privacy Policy

NJAPAC respects the privacy of its on-line visitors and collects only a very limited amount of user information on its web site. NJAPAC is serious about protecting your privacy -- whether you are a NJAPAC contributor, member or a visitor to our free information. We use information collected about you only to process correspondence and to make NJAPAC a more useful and valuable service.

Your Information

When you contribute or become a member, any information sent to is secure. In order to process your contribution and your membership, we need to know basic contact information such as your full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and method of payment. All required information is kept in-house and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law. Optional information that we may request is kept in-house. We request this information from contributors and members so that we can add relevant features.

As a contributor, member or visitor to the NJAPAC site, you may voluntarily sign up for one of our email notice services, as they become available. When you sign up for one of the email notices, we ask for the usual contact information, such as your name and email address. We also ask for particular demographic information, which is used to help us understand our audience so that we can continue to provide appropriate content.

This information is for NJAPAC use only and is not disclosed to any other party except in aggregate form. Additionally, if you decide that you do not wish to receive an email notice or update any longer, you are given the freedom to cancel your participation.

Protecting Information

For subscribers of NJAPAC, all information is stored on our servers. We do not share the information with other organizations.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a small piece of information sent by a Web server to store in a Web browser so that it can later be read back from that browser. NJAPAC may uses cookies to store some personal preferences for your future visits to NJAPAC Site. NJAPAC currently does not use cookies to gather information about you or your movements through our site.

Selling Information

It is not our current policy to give or sell lists containing detailed personal contributor, member or visitor information.
